Honda ECU Repair Service Misfire Repair Keihin ECU – Jazz / Civic / CR-V Engines 1.3 / 1.4 / 1.8

This service is only for repairing misfire faults due to the ECU.

Honda ECUs fails due to their complex injection timing which causes misfires or complete non starting. This is due to internal components which control the injector circuit failing due to repetitive high surges from when the injector opens and closes.

Even after replacing the injectors, plugs and coil pack the fault codes and misfire will remain.

This is a common indicator that the misfire problems is being caused by a faulty engine ECU.

This problem is very common on all Hondas equipped with a VTEC or i-VTEC  Engine (1.3 / 1.4 / 1.8 + more).
