This is the minimum service fee we charge upon receipt of your order.
Purchase this service in the following scenarios:
- Your module is not faulty and you require us to send it back to you
- Your module is beyond repair and you require us to send it back to you
- You have purchased the incorrect service and require us to send your module back to you
- We have requested you to purchase this service
- Initial inspection of your item
This is also purchased when our repair service has been refunded.
Please note modules that have been sent in using this service will have longer turnaround times as it is a non-standard service. Please anticipate a minimum of 5-10 working days to complete your order. It is possible for your order to take longer than this turnaround time so we thank you in advance for your patience.
