Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your item has been received back to you after repair, we can’t offer you a full refund.

Items sent to us that have been previously tampered/ opened a minimum £50 testing fee will need to be paid along with a £25 shipping fee if you would like your faulty item returned.

To be eligible for a refund, you must inform us immediately (within 5 days) that you believe your item is not repaired as started in our product repair service page (the page you bought our repair service.)

To complete your return:

  • We require your order number (this would have been sent to you via email upon ordering our services.)
  • We require the item we repaired for re-testing (in case we have genuinely missed something) or inspection for foul fitting.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are damaged by us during repair but this is at our discretion, all items sent to us are of previous faults and we are only attempting repair. not all repairs can be successful.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your item to reach you or us may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
