Description

This is a repair service for a BMW ECU that has failed due to water ingress,  these fail due to multiple issues,

  • Water Damaged control circuits, these are placed at the bottom of the ECU which when the drains are blocked, causes these area to get damaged.
  • No communications through the diagnostic connector.

This price is for an Inspection and a possible Repair, not all ECU are repairable,  due to the severity of the damage.

If your ECU is not repairable a replacement  would be required this would be mentioned at the time of inspection.

The replacement ECU will be charged additional to the price of this repair service.
