—Ensure to include your original amplifier part number and VIN.
3. Send your Repair Form and a photo of the original amplifier’s part number label via email once completed.
—State the order number in the subject of the email.
4. Once we have received the replacement module in our workshop, it will be fully tested.
—You will be notified to send in your original module to us during this time.
5. Await receipt of your replacement module.
6. Once received, plug in the replacement module into your vehicle.
7. In some cases, you will require diagnostics to adapt / clear codes.

These commonly fail due to water damage and internal components getting damaged from jump starting the vehicle which causes the amplifier to surge large amounts of power. This damages the sensitive components in the unit.

These modules are refurbished modules that have been previously programmed to vehicles, they are fully tested and are working. We specifically test each amplifier at our workshop to ensure they are functioning.

The replacement module should be plug and play. In some cases they might need a configuration update due to each vehicle having individual features. This can be done by a specialist garage, in some cases we can also offer programming.

If you would like BRAND NEW modules, please contact us. We are also able to provide you with these but they cost significantly more and have a longer lead time since they will be ordered to your vehicle and will need programming by a Jaguar / Land Rover specialist garage. since they will come blank.

Notes:

  1. The lead time for the replacement amplifier is minimum of 4 weeks
  2.  You must send a photo of the part number label on the amp and the vehicles VIN in an email along with your order number.
  3. You can send your amp to us along with the Repair Form, to speed things up but this is not required until we have your replacement amp at our workshop.
  4. Once we have received the replacement module in our workshop, it will be fully tested.
  5. You will be notified to send in your amp for us to carry out the exchange.
  6. Once your original amp has been received we will then ship your replacement out.
