Jaguar XF X250 Wiring Loom / Harness Repair Kit for Fluid Ingress Into Central Junction Box
As per Jaguar Technical Bulletin (TSB) JTB00377 JTB00377NAS1
We are providing an CJB Harness Modification Kit as an alternative to Jaguars expensive and No Stock wiring loom repair modification.
Our Kit consists of equivalent and similar parts as their recommended modification service bulletin.
- 3x But Splice Connector (equivalent to 418-107 )
- 1x BCM Female Connector pin with pigtail wiring crimped But Splice Connector at the end (similar to C2Z30929)
- 1x Water Blocking Splice Wire (equivalent to C2Z31036 )
This Modification Kit is to be used for the prevention of water ingress in the BCM and stop the BCM from getting damaged in the future. Since the water traces in the loom from the washer jet by capillary action, contaminating the CJB and rotting the BCM plug pins.
The Water Blocking Splice Wire is to be fitted inline to the washer pump wiring next to the BCM connector. For further assistants please refer to the Jaguar Technical Bulletin or get an auto electrician for help
- Saloon Models the Grey Connector (Pin 7 ) Front Washer Pump.
- Sports Brake Models the Blue connector (Pin ? ) Additional Rear Washer Pump
It is also recommended you replace the washer pump (Part number C2Z30987) to further prevent fluid ingress into central junction box
If your BCM is damages with Water ingress on the BCM connector we are fully able to repair these BCM
